We’re closing on this home tomorrow—it turned out amazing and the clients love it! When we started, the kitchen and dining were closed off by walls. We opened everything up, moved the stove, reworked the fridge placement, and added new cabinets, countertops, and can lights. Refinished the hardwoods and replaced all the windows.

Upstairs, I converted the full bath into a half bath, enlarged one bedroom, and turned the other into a walk-in closet and full bath with a 4×6 dual-head shower, double vanity, and laundry room.

Downstairs, we cleared out the basement, rebuilt it into two bedrooms, a family room, full bath, and added a second laundry. All new mechanicals, plumbing, and lighting.
